Refund policy
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 5 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by the quality check department. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the returned item undergoes a thorough quality inspection, which generally requires approximately 2 days.
The expected payment refund timelines are as below:

- For COD orders, a refund against the return will be given as in-store credits after deducting return charges of Rs. 99/-
- And for all the prepaid orders, refund will be given directly into the source account after making the deductions of Rs. 99/-
- If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges, if paid online.
- If you return an order that was delivered to you, the shipping/cod charge, if applicable, will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at help@indibelle.in within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 9.30 AM- 6 PM.
- Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
- Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
PLEASE NOTE:
- For debit card and credit card transfers, the time taken to refund depends mainly on the bank.
- Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amounts of more than INR. 5000 only. If your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
- In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
