Delivery Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, and other reputed logistics providers.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing Time: 3–5 working days
• Estimated Delivery Time: 8–10 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, courier partners may contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable during delivery, you may coordinate directly with the courier partner for re-delivery or collect your parcel from their nearest branch, subject to their policies.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or courier-related delays. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Prepaid Orders Returned to Origin (RTO)

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
• Delivery calls or messages not responded to
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Parcel not collected from courier office
• Any customer-related delivery failure

The customer must contact our support team to request re-dispatch of the order. A re-shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable before the order is dispatched again.
