Return and Exchange Policy

At Indibelle, we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive the best possible customer service every time you choose to shop with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You have the option to return the order for a full refund of the purchase price* or exchange it for a different size in the same design. Please note that we only accept returns for products that have been purchased directly from our official website, "www.indibelle.in".

Items Are Eligible For Return and Exchange Only When :-

  • Damaged item delivered
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong size delivered

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment, please WhatsApp us @ +917755999225. Please share images of the product along with shipping label.

At Indibelle, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy, giving you the flexibility to return or exchange items purchased from Indibelle.in for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item*.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

  1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  2. Product must be unused
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition
    • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
    • Returns and exchanges are free of cost if the customer receives the wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products. After receiving the returned product, we will perform a quality check. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you at your cost.
    • Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be returned or exchanged.

Note: One-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order. For the second time, you need to dispatch the shipment from your end and bear the charges for the both sides.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO Indibelle, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Return Charges/ Exchange Charges

  • For any return of a full-price product from your order, a nominal charge of Rs. 99/- per product will be applicable for return shipment charges. This amount will be deducted prior to processing the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card.
  • For all prepaid orders, refund against return will be refunded to the source of payment after deducting return charges (except where wrong product, wrong size or defected product was delivered to the customer).
  • And for all the COD orders, the refund will be generated in terms of store credit after deducting the charges of Rs.99.
  • Create a 'Return or Exchange Request' kindly Mail or Whatsapp order details and reason as per return guidelines and follow the steps.
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.
    Or To raise a return request please drop us an email on indibelle.in@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.
    Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

To ensure a successful pickup of your item, we make three attempts. However, if the item is not picked up after the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For further assistance and more details, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care team at +917755999225.

EXCHANGES:

At Indibelle, we understand that finding the perfect fit is important to you. That's why we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy. If you receive a defective item or need a different size, we've got you covered. You can exchange the item free of cost for a replacement, subject to stock availability. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make sure you love every purchase from Indibelle.

UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please take note of the following exchange policy:

  1. We only allow exchanges for different sizes.
  2. You may exchange your item for a similar size or a different size.
  3. If you prefer to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning it to receive a refund and making a separate purchase for the new item.
  4. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

NOTE:

The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
