For Short and wrong quantity, Parcel opening is video is must to resolve the case at the earliest. Then only short quantity will be shipped again.
If you have receive wrong size than ordered size, we will reverse pickup the wrong size and send you correct size.

🚚 Pickup & Shipping
- Free pickup (1 attempt cycle – 3 tries)
- If pickup fails → self-ship required
- Shipping reimbursed if area is non-serviceable (Max Rs 100/-)
- Once Exchange parcel is received at our warehouse post Q.C. new Exchange item will be shipped, subject to availability of requested size or product at that time.
