- Free pickup (1 attempt cycle – 3 tries)
- If pickup fails → self-ship required
- Shipping reimbursed if area is non-serviceable
- Once Exchange parcel is received at our warehouse post Q.C. new Exchange item will be shipped, subject to availability of requested size or product at that time.
